Situation:
Tallador is for 9 persons and is conveniently located just outside the friendly little village of S’Alqueria Blanca, with its small shops, bars and restaurants, on the road to the tourist attraction of Cala D'Or and its beautiful Marina.
The Farmhouse:
This spacious and very comfortable villa is ideal for larger families or anyone who enjoys the convenience of the nearby but living in the quiet. The villa has two storeys: on the ground floor you find a spacious lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and DVD, a fitted kitchen and utility room with washing machine. Two twin bedrooms with AA/CC cold/warm, each with their own dressing room and ensuite shower/WC. A double bedroom and bathroom accessed from the terrace a metres along from the lounge. On the first floor a 2nd lounge opens theirs windows into a balcony with beautifull views of Cala D'Or and the sea. You can also find a single and a double bedroom and a further shower/WC. All bedrooms have fans. A safe is at your disposal.
Outdoor
Cas Tallador is designed for outdoor living, with a very pretty lawned garden, a nice swimming pool (9m x 5m) with roman steps and sun terraces, BBQ area and dining terrace, whilst the inside is cool, bright and tastefully furnished.
Bed linen, towels, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas) are included in the price.
