This holiday villa is situated in a quiet location on the Mediterranean, in a small village called Calonge, which is a typical Majorcan village that offers its visitors a variety of modern furniture shops, beautiful glass shops and excellent restaurants. Cala d'Or, the famous holiday resort, is only about 4.9 km and has a lively pedestrian street with many shops, restaurants and a cozy atmosphere at night. Cala d'Or is also known for its beautiful marina and the promenade, where you can find great restaurants with terrace. Catalina is the perfect place to stay for those seeking a peaceful holiday location with a short drive to most attractions.
Indoors:
Catalina is a bunk house with the traditional Majorcan charm. The ground floor is separated into two large rooms, the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped and has a dining table with chairs. The living room is bright, spacious, with a fireplace and two doors that lead onto the terrace and pool. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and the third has two single beds in a bright room with patio doors and an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, there is also a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a large double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The room has a balcony overlooking the pool, the garden and the surrounding area.
Outdoors:
The house is surrounded by lawn and a garden with olive and fruit trees. The terrace has a table and chairs where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the surroundings while eating. The pool is L-shaped (7.85mx 3.85m) with Roman steps and has a sun terrace with deck chairs. A barbecue is available.

The price includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas). The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 5€ per night each.
