Location:
Villa Capricorn is situated in Cala Egos / Cala d'Or, in the surroundings of Caló d'es Pou, a small cove with sandy beach. In a short walk distance you will reach Cala Egos. The center of this village is very charming and offers supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants to its visitors. Cala d'Or, the famous tourist resort with shopping streets, restaurants and musical nightlife, is just 4 km away and is well known for its beautiful marina and the promenade, where you can find great restaurants with terrace.
The Villa:
Everything is on the ground floor in this beautiful house. The living and dining rooms share the same wide area and are separated by two steps. This room is very bright thanks to the two large vitrified patio doors leading one to the terrace, and the other to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave. There are four bedrooms, each with two single beds. The first room has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Other two share a large bathroom and the last room has a private entrance and an en-suite bathroom. Next to the entrance of the house there is a toilet for guests. For your convenience there is also a small room with washing machine.
Outdoors:
The covered terrace is furnished with table and comfortable chairs to enjoy a cozy dinner outdoors. The pool is perfect for a cooling bath and the deck chairs around on the terrace you can relax and sunbathe. There is also a table tennis table (bats and balls are not included).
Extras:
Sheets, towels, dish towels, final cleaning and electricity costs, water and gas are included in the price. Cots, high chairs and extra beds cost € 5 per night each.
