Situation:
This nice villa for 10 persons is conveniently located within five minutes walk of bars, shops, restaurants and the nice sandy beach at Cala Egos. Cala d'Or centre is 2.5 km and offers a pedestrian area with many shops, cafeterias, a wide variety of restaurants and a bustling night life. Cala d'Or boast pretty sandy coves and its lovely marina which is only a short walk from the villa, where your can go for a nice walk along the promenade or eat on the terrace of a restaurant overlooking the moored yachts. You can also practice water sports or play golf at the well-known golf course Vall d'Or Golf only 10 minutes drive.
The villa:
Solana is a comfortable accommodation arranged on two areas. The second upper floor is reached via external stairs and provides two bright twin bedrooms and a bathroom along with a small lounge with views of the terrace and kitchenette, including oven and fridge/freezer. The remaining split level accommodation is set on the ground floor and features a main colourful fully equipped kitchen. The nice and bright lounge/dining area has a direct access onto the terrace. A twin room and shower room are also located here. Internal stairs lead to a further two twin rooms on the first floor that share a bathroom.
Outdoor:
Outside a lovely terrace surrounds the large pool (8m x 5m), with sun beds where you can sunbathe or relax as well as enjoy a nice meal under the covered terrace . The villa boast also a built-in barbecue and an open poolside shower.
Bed linen, towels, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas) are included in the price.
The first cot and highchair are included in the price.
