Location:
This villa is perfect for families or groups of friends who are looking for a house near the beach and with easy access to restaurants and bars. The house is built in the Ibizan style and has large windows that light up the rooms with natural light. It is located only 600m from the beach of Cala Egos and the center of the neighbourhood with all amenities is only a few minutes’ walk away. A 1.5 km walk will take you to the pretty harbor of Cala d'Or. The center of this resort town, known for its magnificent sandy beaches, nightlife, shopping streets and restaurants and bars with live music, is about 3 km.
Interior:
The whole house is organized in one floor. There is a small opened kitchen equipped with everything in the living room. The living room is very big and has two areas: the TV lounge with comfortable sofas, and the dining room, with table and chairs. From the living room there is access to the garden and pool area. There are three bedrooms with two single beds each. One of them has an en-suite bathroom and the other two share a bathroom.
Exterior:
The garden of the house is enclosed and surrounded by trees and shrubs that provide privacy. There is an area with a pleasant covered terrace perfect for outdoor evenings enjoying food cooked on the barbecue. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with loungers for sunbathing.
Important:
Sheets, towels, tea towels, final cleaning and electricity bills, water and gas are included in the price. Cots, high chairs and extra beds cost 5 € per night each.
