1. The reservation is confirmed as soon as the rental agreement has been signed and has been received by the Renter and or Agent, and the deposit of 25% of the rental price has been paid. This amount has to be paid no later than one week after signing the rental agreement.
2. The total amount, including deposit and costs for the cleaning will have to be paid within six weeks prior to the due date of arrival. Not complying with this, the Renter and or Agent will deem the rental agreement to be dissolved. The deposit received, will be retained by the Renter and or Agent. The Renter and or Agent reserve the right to claim the total amount due.
3. Extending the rental period, is only possible after written confirmation by the Renter and or Agent.
4. Cancellation will have to be made in writing. Cancellation within 12 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit will fall to the Renter and or agent. Cancellation within six weeks prior to arrival, the total amount will fall to the Renter and or Agent.
5. The Tenant is obligated to pay to the Renter and or Agent a deposit of 250 Euros. At the end of the stay, the deposit will be refunded to the Tenant, balanced against any charges incurred by damage.
6. During your stay we will not clean the rented property. You will have to take care of this yourself. Prior to leaving, the Tenant is required to leave the crockery, the fridge and the cupboards clean. cleaning at the end of the rental period is obligatory, and cost incurred are dependent each property.
7. The rented accommodation can only be used for holiday purposes. The rented property can never be sub-let, or occupied my more people than described on the rental agreement. Failure to comply with this, the agreement will be immediately cancelled and the Tenant prohibited from entering the property.
8. Furniture and the full inventory list provided at the commencement of the rental period are only for the use during the agreed rental period. Otherwise, the Tenant will pay all costs to the Renter and or agent, in order to fix or replace anything missing, even if it exceeds the deposit. Failing to comply, the Tenant will pay the remaining amount upon the request of the Renter and or Agent. Indoor furniture can never be used outdoors.
9. In the event of any faults within the rental property, such as any electrical appliances not working, the Tenant is obligated to report this immediately within 24 hours to the Renter and or Agent.
10. The Tenant can enter the rented property from 16.00pm upon due arrival date. The rented property will have to be vacated on the due departure date before 10.00am. The keys will be collected by the Renter and or Agent, who will perform the final check.
11. Pets are only allowed after consulting with and agreement by the Renter and or Agent.
12. In each property, a list of contents will be provided. Missing items are to be reported to the Renter and or Agent.
13. In the villas you will find a list of contents. Missing objects are to be reported to the hostess.
14. The Tenant declares to adhere to the Renters and or Agents specifications.
15. The Tenant complies with the Terms & Conditions as stated on this website.
